To open an account just download and complete a New Account Form and send it to our accounts office who will process the form then contact you confirming that the account has been opened. When you become a customer you can count on the full support of our experienced Customer Service Department and our dedicated nationwide sales force.
The Customer Service team processes all orders and can answer questions on availability and order tracking. Orders must be received by fax 02476 585 778 or through our dedicated order email service sales@hardex.co.uk. Upon receipt, a member of the sales team will input the order and contact the customer to confirm order status, either by fax, email or telephone.
Deliveries are designed around the needs of each individual customer, ensuring that reliable and complete deliveries are made - on time, every time, which is normally next working day.
