Technical Support
The technical team has a real insight into customers` and can advise on appropriate hardware solutions taking into consideration issues such as safety, security, fire egress and corrosion as well as the requirements of the Decent Homes Standard and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). Hardex has a substantial in-house product design and testing facilities to monitor existing products and to develop new solutions. The company is also an active member of FIRA. Our technical team can also provide on-site and in-house training seminars, or in some cases provide answers to your hardware application questions over the phone.
